난관 결찰 수술 피임, Tubal ligation contraception

여성의 양쪽 난관의 일부분을 수술로 그림 11-12와 같이 결찰하고 난자와 정자가 서로 만나지 못하게 해서 피임하는 방법을 난관 결찰수술 피임이라고 한다. 

난소에서 배란 된 난자는 자궁 강 속으로 들어가기 전에 나팔관과 난관을 통과해야한다. 

또 사정된 정자가 자궁 강 속에서 난관을 거쳐 나팔관 속을 들어가서 난자를 만나면 수정이 된다. 

• • 난관결찰 수술을 하면 난자와 정자가 만날 수가 없다. 
  • 어떻게 보면 난자도 정자도 불쌍하다.
  • 난관의 한쪽 끝 부분은 자궁 체부의 한쪽 부위에 연결되어 있고 난관의 다른 쪽 끝 부위는 나팔관에 연결되어 있다. 
  • 나팔관은 난소가 있는 쪽 난관의 일부이다. 
  • 복벽 수술을 하고 난관 결찰수술을 하거나 질 강 속을 통해서 난관 결찰수술을 하거나 제왕 절개수술분만을 할 때 난관 결찰수술을 동시 할 수 있다 
  • 임신을 한 번도 한 적이 없는 사춘기 여아들은 이런 수술방법으로 피임을 해서는 안 되지만 아기를 가진 어떤 사춘기 여아들은 이 방법으로도 피임할 수 있다

Copyright© 2001 John Sangwon Lee, MD., FAAP A method of contraception by surgically ligating a part of both fallopian tubes as shown in Figure 11-12 and preventing the egg and sperm from meeting each other is called tubal ligation contraception.

An egg ovulated from the ovary must pass through the fallopian tubes and fallopian tubes before entering the uterine cavity. Also, when the ejaculated sperm enters the fallopian tube through the fallopian tubes in the uterine cavity, it is fertilized.

o When tubal ligation is performed, the egg and sperm cannot meet.

o In a way, both the egg and sperm are pitiful.

o One end of the fallopian tube is connected to one side of the uterine body and the other end of the fallopian tube is connected to the fallopian tube.

o The fallopian tubes are part of the fallopian tubes on the side of the ovaries.

o When performing abdominal wall surgery and tubal ligation, tubal ligation through the vaginal cavity, or cesarean section, tubal ligation can be performed at the same time.

o Adolescent girls who have never been pregnant should not use this method of contraception, but some adolescent girls with babies can use this method.
