몽정, Wet dream

• • 수면 중 무의식적으로 사정하는 것을 몽정이라 한다. 
  • 대부분의 사춘기 남녀아들은 수면 중 가끔 이성과 성관계를 갖는 꿈을 꾼다. 
  • 사춘기 남아들도 사춘기 여아들도 성인 남성이나 여성과 데이트하는 꿈, 키스하는 꿈, 허그하고 애무하는 꿈 등 성행위를 하는 꿈을 때로는 꿀 수 있다. 
  • 어떤 사춘기 남아는 꿈에서 가족들 중 누구하고 또는 이웃 여성이나 또래 여아들 누구하고, 또는 친구와 성교를 하다가 사정을 하기도 한다. 
  • 어떤 사춘기 남아는 그런 꿈을 자주 꾸고 그런 꿈을 꿀 때마다 몽정하기도 하고 다른 사춘기 아이는 몽정을 거의 하지 않을 수 있다. 이런 꿈과 사정은 모두 정상적이다. 
  • 사춘기 남아들이 몽정할 때는 사정을 하는 것이 보통이다. 
  • 자다가 사정할 때 오르가즘이 올 수 있고 사정하는지 모르고 그냥 자고 아침에 일어나 팬츠에 묻어있는 정액을 보고 간밤에 몽정했다는 것을 알기도 한다. 
  • 몽정과 사정에 관한 소아 성교육을 사춘기가 오기 전에 조금도 받지 않은 사춘기 남아들이 사춘기가 된 후 처음으로 몽정을 한 후 어떤 병으로 인해 그런 상황이 생겼나 걱정할 수 있다.

Wet dream

o Ejaculation unconsciously during sleep is called dreaming.

o Most adolescent boys and girls dream of having sex with the opposite sex occasionally during sleep.

o Adolescent boys and adolescent girls may sometimes have dreams of sexual activity such as dating, kissing, hugging and caressing an adult male or female.

o Some adolescent boys ejaculate in their dreams while having sex with someone in their family, with a woman or girl their age, or with a friend.

o Some adolescent boys may have such dreams frequently and each time they have such dreams, while other adolescents may have little or no dreams. All of these dreams and circumstances are normal.

o It is common for adolescent boys to ejaculate when they dream.

o Orgasm can come when you ejaculate while you are sleeping, and you do not know if you are ejaculating, and you just wake up in the morning to see the semen on your pants and know that you had a dream last night.

o Adolescent boys who have not received any pediatric sex education about dreaming and ejaculation before puberty may be concerned about what kind of disease caused the situation after they first dreamed after puberty.
