꼭 입지 않아도 된다.
대부분의 사춘기 여아들이나 성인 여성들은 브라를 입지만 브라를 항상 꼭 입을 필요는 없다.
때로는 크고 늘어진 유방을 브라로 받혀주면 편안함을 느낄 수 있다.
특히 사춘기 여아들이 육체적 운동을 할 때 운동용 브라를 입으면 여러모로 육체적 운동을 하기에 더 좋은 점이 있다.
젖가슴에 잘 맞는 브라를 입으면 여성들은 더 아름답게 보일 수 있다.
브라를 입지 않아도 편안하고 아름답다고 하는 여성들도 남성들도 많이 있다.

Most adolescent girls and adult women wear bras, but they don’t always have to be. Sometimes, you can feel comfortable by supporting large, sagging breasts with a bra. In particular, when adolescent girls wear an exercise bra during physical exercise, there are many advantages to doing physical exercise. Women can look more beautiful if they wear a bra that fits well with their breasts.

There are many women and men who say they are comfortable and beautiful even without a bra.
