  • 10~14세 된 남아들에게 사춘기가 올 수 있고 사춘기가 온 열두세 살 된 남아들도 성교를 할 수 있고 여성을 사랑 할 수 있다. 
  • 성교하면 임신이 될 수 있고 아기의 아빠가 될 수 있다. 
  • 그러나 남아들에게 사춘기가 시작된 후 사춘기가 끝나고 성인이 될 때까지 8~10여 년 동안, 또는 그보다 더 오랫동안 걸린다. 
  • 대부분의 사춘기 아이들은 아기를 낳고 양육할 수 있게 육체적으로 정신적으로 정서적으로 사회적으로 경제적으로 도덕 윤리적으로 성장 되지 안했고 사랑하는 사람을 위해, 또 태어난 자녀들의 안녕과 행복을 위해 책임을 질수 있을 정도로 성숙되어 있지 않고, 특히 경제적으로 자립할 수 없고, 또 대부분의 성인 남성들과 같이 자식을 책임지고 최상으로 양육할 수 없다. 
  • 때문에 사춘기 남아들도 사춘기 여아들도 임신하고 아기를 가져서는 안 된다.
