소아 성 학대 (아동 성 학대), Child sexual abuse

  • 성인들이나 아이들의 외부 생식기(외음부)를 만지거나, 아이로 하여금 자기의 외음부를 만지게 해서 성적 쾌감을 갖는 행위를 소아 성 학대 또는 아동 성학대라고 한다. 
  • 나이를 더 먹은 사춘기 아이가 자기보다 나이가 더 적은 아이와 성교를 하거나 성교하는 행위를 하는 것도 소아 성 학대로 간주한다. 
  • 성인이 아이와 성 행위를 하는 것은 강간이라 한다. 
  • 나이를 더 먹은 아이가 나이가 더 적은 다른 아이와 성 행위를 강제로 하는 것도 강간이라 한다.

Child sexual abuse

The act of touching the external genitalia (vulva) of adults or children or having a child touch their own vulva to obtain sexual pleasure is called child sexual abuse or child sexual abuse.

It is also considered child sexual abuse when an older adolescent child has or has sexual intercourse with a child younger than him or her. When an adult has sex with a child, it is called rape.

Forcing an older child to have sex with another younger child is also called rape.
