어떤 때 인공으로 임신중절을 할 수 있나?, In what situation that pregnancy should be artificially terminated?

  1. 어떤 이유로든 임신이 계속되면 임신부의 생명과 건강에 위험성이 생길 수 있다고 의사의 진단이 나오거나
  2. 태어난 후 아기의 건강과 생명에 위험성이 있다고 진단이 나거나 
  3. 태어난 후 아기가 도저히 살 수 없다고 진단이 내렸거나
  4. 근친상간 등으로 임신된 경우
  5. 사회적으로 개인적으로 불행한 아기로 태어날 수 있다고 판단될 때는 인공 낙태수술 임신 중절을 할 수도 있다고 한다. 그러나 여기에도 찬반이 많이 있다.

When can artificial abortion be done?

In what situation that pregnancy should be artificially terminated?

1. If, for any reason, a doctor determines that the pregnancy continues, there may be a risk to the life and health of the pregnant woman, or

2. After birth, if a diagnosis is made that there is a risk to the health and life of the baby, or

3. After birth, it is diagnosed that the baby cannot live, or

4. In case of pregnancy due to incest, etc. 5. It is said that artificial abortion may result in abortion when it is judged that a baby can be born as a socially and personally unhappy baby. But even here there are many pros and cons.
