월경을 할 때 아플 수 있나?, May it be painful in the menstruation?

월경하는 동안 대부분의 사춘기 여아들은 월경으로 인해 아무 증상이 생기지 않는다.
그러나 일부의 사춘기 여아들은 월경할 때 아랫배가 아픈 것을 경험할 수 있다. 이런 통증을 월경통, 또는 생리통이라고 한다.
월경을 할 때 일부의 사춘기 여아들은 평소보다 더 신경질적이고 평소보다 잠을 좀 더 많이 자거나 잠을 덜 자기도 한다.
다행히도 대부분의 생리통(월경통)은 자연적으로 없어진다. 그러나 생리통이 심하면 의사의 진단 치료를 받아야 한다.

During menstruation, Most adolescent girls do not have any symptoms due to menstruation.

However, some adolescent girls may experience lower abdominal pain when menstruating. This pain is called menstrual cramps, or menstrual cramps.

When menstruating, some adolescent girls are more nervous than usual and sleep more or less than usual. Fortunately, most menstrual cramps go away on their own.

However, if menstrual cramps are severe, you should seek medical attention.
