월경을 하는 동안 가능 하면 가정 목욕탕에서 목욕이나 샤워를 할 수 있고 공중 수영장에서도 수영을 할 수 있다.
- 그러나 공중목욕탕 물에서 목욕하는 것은 다른 사람들에게 해가 될 수 있다.
- 월경은 병이 아니다.
- 그렇지만 월경을 하는 동안 어떤 병을 앓을 때는 의사와 상담한 후 수영해도 된다고 하면 수영하는 것이 좋다.

Can showers and baths be taken during menstruation?
During menstruation, if possible, you can bathe or shower in your home bath or swim in a public pool. However, bathing in public bathwater can be harmful to others.
Menstruation is not a disease. However, if you have any ailments during menstruation, it is better to swim after consulting with your doctor if it is okay to swim.
