  • 그렇지 않다. 
  • 주위 온도가 올라가면 피부의 면적이 늘어나고 음낭의 피부층 면적도 늘어나고 축 늘어지고 주위 온도가 낮으면 피부가 더 쪼그려 들어서 음낭의 피부층의 면적도 줄어든다. 
  • 음낭도 오물어지고 적어져서 자지의 뿌리가 있는 사타구니 부위로 정상적으로 달라붙는다.
  • 성교를 할 때도 음낭의 피부가 음경의 피부 있는 쪽으로 많이 끌려가서 음낭이 오물어지는 것이 보통이다.
