  • 성인 여성들의 자궁 크기는 그 성인 여성의 한 개의 주먹 크기만 하고 자궁의 모양은 서양 배 같다. 
  • 자궁은 골반 강 내에 있고 방광과 직장 사이에 위치해 있다. 
  • 자궁은 자궁 체와 자궁 경부로 나누어지고 자궁 경부 속에 자궁 경관이 있다. 
  • 자궁 경부 윗부분은 자궁체로 연결되어 있고 자궁 경부의 아래 부위는 질 강으로 연결된다. 
  • 자궁 속을 자궁 강이라고도 하고 자궁 속에서 아기가 자란다.
