If I ejaculate outside the vagina without ejaculating in the vaginal cavity, is it a contraceptive?

Is it possible to get pregnant if ejaculating is done outside of the vagina?

There is also a contraceptive method in which the penis is completely removed from the vaginal cavity just before ejaculation during intercourse and ejaculated into the external genitalia (vulva) outside the vagina.
