피임 방법에는

최근 많은 10대 여아들이 피임하고 성교 한다 Teen Girls Using Contraception 

미 CDC의 연구에 의하면, 2006~2010년, 15~19세 여아들의 57%가 성교를 경험 했다고 한다. 성교를 했던 여아들의 60%는 자궁 내 피임기구, 임풀란트, 피임 정, 피임 패취,  피임 링, 주사용 피임방법을 이용하고 성교 했다고 한다. 이런 종류의 사춘기 아이들 피임 방법에 금기가 없다. 불물론 콘돔 이용은 좋은 효과가 있는 피임 방법이다,

질 링 피임제 (Vaginal ring contraception) Nuvaring-estonogestrel/ethinyl estrdiol이 들어있음 8 – 월경 불순, 류마치성 양 관절염, 철결핍성 빈혈, 난소나 자궁암 발생률, 여드름, 난소 낭종 등이 감소된다 편두통이 더 심해지고, 오심 구토할 수 있고, 체중 증가, 유방 통증, 우울증, 무월경증 등이 생길 수 있다.

Progestin-only pill 은 새 피임약으로 이 피임약으로 피임하면 월경통이 적고 혈경 량도 적다고 한다. WATCH 8/20

장벽 피임(Barrier contracption) 남성용 콘돔 15 2 위험성이 거의 없고 값이 싸고 처방 없이 사서 쓸 수 있고 전염성 성병을 예방할 수 있다. 성교에 지장을 주지 않음, 자궁외 임신발생률이 감소되고 남자가 사용해야 하고 성감이 감소되고 성교할 때마다 사용해야한다
불임용 젤리나 크림과 다아프램 16 6 가장 효과 있는 여성 장벽용 피임방법이나 전염성 성병을 예방할 수 있고 한번 삽입한 후 여러 번 성교를 할 수 있고 성교를 할 예정이면 미리 삽입 가능 전문의가 잘 맞게 적절히 삽입, 삽입하려는 동기가 필요하고, 준비를 해야하고, 요로감염 발생률이 증가, 알레르기가 생길 수 있고, 독성 쇼크 증후군은 생길 가능성은 적다

응급 피임제 (Emergency contraceptive pill/Morning ater pills) Plan B, Preven, Alesse, Aviane, Levlen, Lo-Ovral, Nordette, Ovral, Seasonale, Triphasil, Trievlen 등 상품명이 있다. 75% (성교후 72시간후 사용하면) – 의사의 처방이 필요하다. 수정란을 죽여 피임이 되기 때문에 이 피임방법을 쓰기를 싫어하는 사람들이 많다. –
  • 사춘기 아이들에게 프로게스테론만(Progestron only) 정, 자궁 내 피임법(IUD), 다아프램, 여성용 다이프램, 자궁 경부 캡, 사정전 음경 뺌, 살정 피임제, 자연 피임방법은 권장하지 않는다.

소아과 Nexplanon(Etonogestrel)® 피임 임플란트는 의료 제공자가 상완 피부 아래에 삽입하는 얇고 성냥개비 크기의 유연한 막대입니다. 보형물에는 여성의 몸에서 자연적으로 생성되는 호르몬과 유사한 소량의 프로게스틴이 있습니다. 이 호르몬은 난자가 난소에서 방출되는 것을 방지합니다. 임플란트는 또한 정자가 난자에 도달하는 것을 방지하기 위해 자궁 경부 점액을 두껍게 합니다.

The agency issued draft guidance that calls for updated labeling and a mandatory study examining the risks in some patients for serious adverse events, including device migration, allergic reactions, pain, and perforation of the fallopian tubes or uterus. Patients will also be given a checklist to go over with their healthcare providers to help them weigh the benefits and risks of using the device.

The FDA has received thousands of complaints since Essure was approved in 2002.Dr. Robert Barbieri of NEJM Journal Watch Women’s Health commented: “If a couple is planning on permanent contraception, it is safer, simpler, and less expensive to sterilize the male partner rather than the woman.

Women needing long-term reliable contraception should consider a long-acting reversible contraceptive such as a levonorgestrel IUD, a copper IUD, or a progestin implant.”

Recently, many teenage girls use birth control and have sex Teen Girls Using Contraception According to a study by the US CDC, between 2006 and 2010, 57% of girls aged 15-19 years had sexual intercourse.

60% of girls who had sexual intercourse said that they had sex using intrauterine contraceptives, implants, contraceptives, contraceptive patches, contraceptive rings, and injectable contraceptives.

There are no contraindications to this type of adolescent contraceptive method. Of course, using a condom is an effective contraceptive method. Physician’s First Watch for May 4, 2012

Nexplanon

The Nexplanon (Etonogestrel)® contraceptive implant is a thin, matchstick-sized, flexible rod inserted under the skin of your upper arm by your healthcare provider.  The implant has a small amount of progestin similar to the hormones that are naturally made in a woman’s body.  This hormone keeps the egg from being released from the ovary.  The implant also thickens cervical mucus to keep sperm from reaching an egg.
