2형 헐퍼스바이러스 감염병(2형 헤르페스바이러스성 감염병), Herpes type Ⅱ infection

헐퍼스바이러스(헤르페스바이러스)는 2형 헐퍼스바이러스와 1형 헐퍼스바이러스가 있다.
일반적으로 2형 헐퍼스바이러스(2형 허피스바이러스)가 외음부나 질부에 감염될 수 있고 드물게 1형 헐퍼스바이러스(1형 허피스바이러스)가 외음부에 감염되어 1형 헐퍼스바이러스 성병이 생길 수 있다.
주로 2형 헐퍼스바이러스 감염에 의해서 2형 헐퍼스바이러스 성병이 생기는 것이 보통이다.
2형 헐퍼스바이러스 감염으로 인해 발진이 여성의 외음부나 질부에 생길 수 있고 허피스바이러스성 피부 궤양이 외음부에 생길 수 있다.
남성 외음부 중 음경 특히 귀두에 헐퍼스바이러스 피부 발진이 생길 수 있다.
헐퍼스바이러스 감염이 외음부에 생기면 외생식기에 궤양이 생기고 그 부위가 조금 붓고 아프고 쓰리다.
그 궤양은 특별한 치료를 하지 않아도 자연히 없어지기도 한다.
구강성교를 하면 2형 헐퍼스바이러스가 구강에 감염될 수 있고 항문성교를 하면 항문에도 2형 헐퍼스바이러스에 감염될 수 있다.
에이사이클로비아 항바이러스제로 치료한다.
재발되기 쉽다.

Herpes-type Ⅱ infection

• There are two types of herpesvirus (herpesvirus): type 2 herpesvirus and type 1 herpesvirus.

• In general, herpesvirus type 2 (herpesvirus type 2) can infect the vulva or vagina, and rarely, type 1 herpes virus (herpesvirus type 1) can infect the vulva, resulting in a sexually transmitted infection of herpesvirus 1 .

• It is common that type 2 herpes virus STIs are mainly caused by type 2 herpes virus infection.

• Herpesvirus type 2 infection can cause rashes on the vulva or vagina in women and herpesvirus skin ulcers on the vulva.

• Herpesvirus skin rashes can occur on the male vulva, especially on the penis, especially on the glans.

• When the herpesvirus infection occurs in the vulva, the exogenital area becomes sore and the area is slightly swollen, painful, and sore.

• The ulcer may go away on its own without special treatment.

• Oral sex can infect the oral cavity with the type 2 herpes virus, and anal sex can also transmit type 2 herpes virus to the anus.

• Treat with acyclovir antiviral drugs.

• It is prone to relapse.
