• When giving home sex education to children aged 5-6 years, teach the names of each part of their external genitalia as accurately as possible.

• Children 4-6 years old should not be taught by using the word “there” instead of teaching them to say “jamji” or “chili” instead of teaching them to say “ja” or “f ㅗ ” for “f ㅗ ”.

• 5-6 year olds can be taught sex by using the word penis, but “penis” is an awkward word at that age.

• The word “j” sounds much better and is an appropriate pediatric sex education word.

• Teaching the name of the various parts of the external genitalia to be there, instead of referring to the labia, confuses both the parent and the child himself as to which of the various parts of the vulva of his body are being referred to.

• ‘Ask online.’ I would like to mention here that I could not give an accurate answer when asking a question using words such as “there” or “below”, pepper, etc. instead of using the correct words to name the part of the external genitalia when consulting children and adolescents through health counseling .

• Therefore, home sex education should be taught using standard vocabulary for each part of the body as much as possible. It is important to educate children about sexuality to use the correct standard vocabulary when talking about any of the parts of the external genitalia.

• Sex education should be taught to children by using the word ‘B’ or ‘J’.

• Using these standard terms is funny, vulgar, and embarrassing to say, but many children, parents, and others—friends and TV announcers—have heard and learned a lot of those words.

• School-age children are surprisingly familiar with difficult sexual terms such as AIDS, syphilis, gay, vaginal, and sexually transmitted diseases.

• Sometimes I surprise the adults around me when I use such clever words.

• When learning biology about the human body at school, do not teach each part of the human body in slang words such as “there” or “samji”, and do not teach the names of human body parts in slang when teaching children’s sex education.

• What’s wrong with sex education using the word “cock” in Korean rather than giving sex education using words such as penis or vagina for “cock”. Penis was Penis 100 years ago and is still Penis today. Nothing is wrong.
