옴, Scabies

  • 옴은 Sarcoptes scabiei 의 마이트 감염에 의해서 생기는 피부 감염병이고 감염성 성병이다. 
  • 외음부, 손, 발, 몸통, 음경을 비롯한 외부생식기 등 피부층에 기생하는 것이 보통이다. 
  • 마이트가 기생하는 피부 부위가 가렵고, 긁으면 피부 손상이 생기고 거기에 세균이 감염되면 부스럼과 농가진 등 박테리아성 피부염이 생길 수 있다. 
  •  증상 징후를 참작해 마이트나 마이트알, 피부 환부에 싼 똥을 보고 진단 할수 잇다.
  • Permethrin, Ivermectin,쿠엘 등 피부 국소용 도포 약으로 치료한다.

Scabies

Scabies is a skin infection caused by the mite infection of Sarcoptes scabiei and is an infectious sexually transmitted disease.

It is common to parasitize the skin layers such as the vulva, hands, feet, trunk, penis, and external genitalia. The skin area where the mite parasitizes is itchy, scratching causes skin damage, and bacterial dermatitis such as bruises and impetigo can occur if bacteria are infected there.

Taking into account the symptoms and signs, it is possible to diagnose by looking at mites, mitrals, and poop wrapped in skin-affected areas.

It is treated with topical skin medications such as Permethrin, Ivermectin, and Quel.
