분만 후 유방은 어떻게 해서 더 커지나?, How do breasts become enlarged after delivery?

  • 분만 후 아기에게 모유를 먹이기 위해 유방이 더 커지고 발달되고 착착 분만 후 모유수유 준비를 한다. 
  • 유방의 유선(포상샘), 포상샘 분비관, 유동, 유관들이 에스트로겐과 프로게스테론의 영향을 받아 커지고 발육되고 유방에서 젖이 분비될 수 있다. 
  • 분만 후 태반이 나오고 태반에서 분비됐던 프로랙틴 억제 호르몬이 더 이상 분비되지 않는다. 
  • 그래서 시상하부에서 분비되는 프로랙틴 호르몬이 유선을 자극해서 젖의 분비를 증가시킨다. 
  • 참고로 유방의 젖샘(유선)을 둘러싸고 있는 근상피세포가 있다. 
  • 이 근상세포는 뇌하수체 후엽에서 분비되는 옥시토신 호르몬에 의해 수축되고 유선에서 젖이 유선관 속으로 배출 된다.

• Prepare for breastfeeding after delivery with larger and more developed breasts to breastfeed the baby after delivery.

• Under the influence of estrogen and progesterone, the mammary glands (acinar glands), acinar glands, ducts, and ducts of the breast can enlarge and develop, and the breast can secrete milk.

• After delivery, the placenta is released and the prolactin-suppressing hormone secreted by the placenta is no longer secreted.

• So, prolactin hormone secreted by the hypothalamus stimulates the mammary gland to increase lactation.

• For reference, there are myoepithelial cells surrounding the mammary glands (mammary glands) of the breast.

• These myocytes are contracted by the hormone oxytocin secreted by the posterior pituitary, and milk is discharged from the mammary gland into the mammary gland.
