월경 위생관리, Menstrual period health care

  • 월경을 할 때 위생관리를 특별히 더 잘 해야 할 것은 별로 없다. 사춘기 여아들이나 성인 여성들이 월경을 할 때 평소보다 좀 더 신경을 써서 월경 위생관리를 하면 된다. 
  • 평소에 목욕, 샤워, 머리 손질을 하는 것과 같이 월경을 할 때도 거의 같게 위생관리를 하면 된다. 
  • 또 월경을 하는 동안 거의 모든 일을 평소와 같이 할 수 있고 육체적 운동도 더할 것 또는 더 할 것 없이 보통 때와 같이 할 수 있다. 
  • 질 강 속에 삽입한 탐폰으로 월경 피가 질 밖으로 나오지 않게 잘 처치 한 여성은 공중 수영장에서 도 수영 할 수 있다 
  • 그러나 월경 피가 질 밖으로 나올 수 있다고 생각되면 가정 목욕탕에서 목욕 하거나 샤워하는 것이 좋다. 
  • 공중목욕탕에서 목욕을 하거나 샤워하는 것이나 공중 수영장에 수영하는 것을 삼가는 것이 좋다. 
  • 모든 성인 여성들이 월경 위생관리를 잘 할 수 있듯이 사춘기 여아들도 월경 위생관리를 쉽게 잘 할 수 있다는 자신감을 가져야 한다.

Menstrual period health care

There isn’t much you need to do to improve your hygiene when you’re menstruating.

When adolescent girls or adult women menstruate, they should pay more attention to menstrual hygiene than usual. Just like you usually take a bath, shower, and brush your hair, you can do almost the same hygiene management when you menstruate.

Also, during menstruation, you can do almost everything as usual and do as usual with or without physical exercise.

Women who have taken care to prevent menstrual blood from coming out of the vagina with a tampon inserted into the vaginal cavity can swim in the public pool, However, if you think menstrual blood may be coming out of your vagina, it’s a good idea to take a bath or shower in your home bath.

Avoid bathing or showering in public baths or swimming in public pools.

Just as all adult women can manage menstrual hygiene well, adolescent girls should have confidence that they can easily manage menstrual hygiene.
